Exports to the European Union through Britain’s ports decreased by 68%.
According to a report published by the British newspaper “The Guardian”, today, this decrease is due to some difficulties facing the traffic of trucks loaded with goods through British ports, including the huge increase in the volume of papers required to obtain customs certificates. The report added that British ports are currently witnessing an exacerbation of the failure of the passage of trucks, and many of them make empty return trips due to their failure to obtain customs certificates.
