Our courses are conducted on regular basis throughout the year. - Yes, The Freighters offers accredited and stamped certificates in all its courses from the EIFFLA (Egyptian International Freight Forwarding and Logistics Association) in Cairo. The EIFFLA is a subordinate body of the Chamber of Commerce in Egypt. The EIFFLA certificate accreditation and stamping are always inclusive in our courses fees by in some cases EIFFLA certificate accreditation and stamping may requires extra small fees from EGP400 up to EGP950 only for each accredited certificate. i.e: some of our scholarships guarantee 100% course free include official normal certificate only but exclude EIFFLA accreditation fees.

The Freighters courses are aiming to be qualifying courses in the fields of shipping and logistics. Accordingly, we accept university graduates from all fields of specialization with good command of English language (intermediate level is a minimum) and proficient in using computers (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) emails and internet. However, preference is given to graduates of Faculty of Foreign Trade, Faculty of Commerce, Arab Academy for science and technology and maritime transport (Transport/Logistics), students of international colleges and the related disciplines.

Yes, The Freighters courses are aiming to be qualifying courses in the fields of shipping and logistics. The “Freighters®” comprehensive training program starts with the Preparation level up to the advanced professional levels. The Preparation level course is designed for beginners without any background or previous experience in the fields of shipping and logistics.

For the time being you can pay using three main methods either by cash at the registration desk in Global Access company premises or through Vodafone cash or making a deposit in our official bank account. Don't hesitate to request all our bank details from our agents. While we are securing now the online payment through our official website... it will be available soon.

For In-class training : Yes, you can get refund of the whole amount of the fees two days before the start date of the course. If you requested refund less than two days before the start date of the course, a 20% administrative fees will be deducted from the refund. If you requested refund after the start date of the course, a 50% administrative fees will be deducted from the refund. However, no refund will be made after one week of the start date of the course. Yes, you can enroll in the Preparation level course developed for beginners who don’t have background or previous experience in international shipping and logistics. Also, knowing that “The Freighter” comprehensive training program consists of different levels from the basic preparation level up to the advanced professional levels.
