Al-Mina did not complete its bid with that auction. Al-Akhal Shipping and Unloading Company won the bid for the right to use a square of 5345 square meters, which is located near Gate 22 outside the customs office, for a period of 3 years. The United Arab Stevedoring Company, a subsidiary of the Holding Company for Maritime and Land Transport, was using that space as a technical workshop for its equipment, and it was withdrawn and put up in a public auction.
