Muhammad Salih Al-Healer explained that the request to postpone the exhibition due to its lack of visitors for fear of infection and the current security conditions in Baghdad, but the exhibition director insisted on keeping the exhibition history as it is and emphasized the regular functioning of the exhibition, and for this the Arab Publishers Union will not bear any responsibility for the participation of publishers Those who will be in the exhibition, as he appealed to Arab publishers to manage the Baghdad exhibition in the event of canceling the exhibition will bear the freight charges for the books of publishers back and forth, and also if the exhibition opens and visitors are poor, the rental value of the pavilions is reduced.
