The number of trucks on the Safaga – Duba line decreased to 22 for the ferry.
After that the average freight of the trail ferries was between 70 – 75 trucks. Truck drivers continued not to respond to international freight on the Safaga-Duba line during the recent period due to the drivers’ continued strike, despite the price doubling of the Noualine prices for them recently. The last ferry was shipped May 30 with only 22 trucks. In this regard, the data of the last trip that left the Safaga port through a ferry affiliated to Nama Navigation Company indicated that only 22 trucks were loaded, at the beginning of the current week on May 30, after the average freight of the trains on the ferries was between 70 – 75 trucks.
