The cargo movement of Cairo Airport for the year 2019 increased by 11.6%, achieving 361.262 tons compared to 2018, with a significant decrease for the traditional competitor, South Africa, to reach the third place, Kenya’s access to the second place by 4.6%, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, to fourth, and Lagos Airport, Nigeria, to fifth.
